Work That Keeps Treats Moving
Our team supports businesses that depend on frozen yoghurt and soft-serve machines during busy lunch rushes, school holidays and weekend trading. In Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Gqeberha, that can mean installing equipment, helping a site open on time, or sorting a breakdown before a queue builds up.
We look for people who handle pressure well, show up prepared and understand that small details matter. Clean workmanship, clear communication and respect for the customer’s floor space, power supply and trading hours all count.
Roles We Commonly Hire For
We do not keep to one narrow type of job. Depending on the season and service load, we hire for roles across sales, technical service, coordination and support.
- Sales and account support for cafes, kiosks and restaurant clients
- Technical installation and startup commissioning
- Field service, repairs and preventive maintenance
- Logistics and delivery coordination
- Customer support and admin assistance
What Helps You Stand Out
Experience is useful, but attitude and dependability matter just as much. We work with equipment that needs correct setup, regular cleaning and proper operator handover, especially in coastal humidity and in places where load shedding can interrupt a service window.
- Hands-on problem solving
- Good time management and neat record keeping
- Comfortable working on site with shop staff
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Basic understanding of food service equipment or electrical work
If you have worked in hospitality, catering, refrigeration, maintenance or field sales, that background can be a strong fit.
How Our Team Works
We are based in Springfield Park, Durban, with service coverage that reaches Umhlanga, Pietermaritzburg and major centres nationwide. Some days are spent on installations and season prep checks, other days are about troubleshooting, seal and parts replacement, or talking a client through a mix calibration issue over the phone.
Our work is practical and client-focused. You need to be comfortable moving between workshop tasks, site visits and support calls, often in the same week. Good teamwork matters because one person’s job often affects the next step, from logistics through to final handover.
Training, Standards And Growth
We value people who want to learn the proper way to do the job. That includes safe machine handling, clean working practices, operator training basics and the kind of service standards that keep a machine running through a busy weekend. For the right person, there is room to grow with responsibility over time.
We expect staff to work carefully with sanitary supplies, parts, tools and stock. Accuracy matters when you are handling service notes, arranging site relocations or helping a customer prepare for peak trading. A small mistake can cause downtime, so attention to detail is part of the job.
